So, we ventured out from our resort and took the boys to a water park while we were at the beach.  They had so much fun, we had to beg him to leave.  We climbed hundreds of stairs and waited in lines but the boys only wanted to go more.  It was really amazing to watch Leyton go down the REALLY big slides on his own.  It was scary for me but so much fun for him.  They can't wait to go again next year!

Leyton participated in his first golf tournament today.

The Kindergarten Graduate

We have a kindergarten graduate!  Leyton finished kindergarten today and we couldn't be more proud of him.  He had an amazing year.  He only came home with green dots and made many good friends.  He is becoming more social but still gets a little shy at times.

I ran in another half today and I was cheered on by this awesome fan club! 

Alyssa and I almost at the finish line...

WooHoo!  All done!

Alyssa and I ran together the entire way!  

We finished in 1hour 48 minutes and I placed 4th in my age group.  

Ah, the race was the easy part... 

Many of our long training runs in 30 degree weather, 

sometimes complete with wind and rain (how lucky were we??)  

Frozen hands, feet, and unexplained ankle gashes were had.  

It's hard to find a training partner that you don't mind running in those conditions with

...and that will actually run in those conditions with you.
