The State Fair!

This was the boys first visit to a "real" fair. 

The boys rode in style.  We rented a wagon, thanks to a very smart Mimi. 

By the end of the evening, after the sugar crash, we sure needed it! 

Oh, and we needed it to carry the prizes and the 7 fish we won. 

Redding's favorite ride was the 4-wheelers.

Leyton's favorite ride, surprise, was the Monster Trucks.

Yum. 

Pure sugar.  And artificial flavoring. 

This goes against dental hygiene fiber and health nut fiber in my body. 

But, it was a special occasion. 

And they sure did enjoy it!

Playing Catch Up

It's been too long. 
In order to catch up to recent events,

I am going to do a review of what has been happening since I last posted...

 Aunt Laura and Uncle James came to visit!  I had some really wonderful pictures of Laura and Redding.  Operator error is preventing those from being posted.  I am still figuring out my new camera...

 Leyton started soccer again for the fall season. 

Dennis and I are enjoying parenting and not coaching this season. 

 We went to Frankie's.  Lots. 

And played more miniature golf.   

We harassed Geep.

We learned to play chess

And we learned to play the xylophone. 

We had a very full September and October.  I, Jennifer, started back to work so the boys are in preschool.  They are enjoying it and are making many new friends. 

Currently, they are looking forward to Santa and their birthdays.  Ahh, the life of a kid! 

Run, Jenny, Run!

I ran in my first Half marathon and what an experience it was.  The course was crazy hilly but the weather was beautiful.  I even had an entourage at the finish line.  However, I was so fast they missed me!

I cant wait to run another one!
