In years past, our Christmas Eve has been filled. Completely.
This year we stayed home. That is not to say that we did not miss our family but it was nice. It was nice to be able to make our own messes and not worry about it. It was nice for Santa to be able to visit at home. Very nice. Santa does not like having to transport presents to Alabama.
