We wanted to do something a little different for Leyton's birthday this year. The kids are too big now to have it at our house but the bounce house party can get out of hand. So, we had it at a local toy store that also does "Safari Parties". They do a presentation about the animals and let the kids touch/pet/hold the animals. Leyton was the only one who got to hold the chinchilla so that made him feel very special. Did you know that a chinchilla's fur is so thick that if it got wet, it would never dry? That is why they take a dirt bath! We learned all kinds of fun animal facts!
So, now we have a six-year old!
